So, I'm looking at the purchase history on my account and it says that 23th of August I was charged 6.99 euros for Gold, And then again in 29th August. So, Yeah I need help.

I purchased an Xbox gold membership and it charged my account twice and the membership isn't working

I had to renew my Xbox live gold subscription and I was charged twice and my membership isn't even working.

Double Charging

When I used a PayPal account to pay for one month of the XBOX LIVE GOLD Membership, it charged my account twice without me purchasing the service twice, also recieving only one month of the service, not two as paid for.

What do I do?
