    I would cancel preorder and reorder you will not be charged twice you only get charged when it leaves warehouse so if you cancel it before it leaves your good and then reorder it again i know this because i had to do it.

    Dead island should have alot of things to do as well because their are environment missions aswell as story related. But I would get gears just because I know how it will play where as Dead Island could be a flop.
