    I was charged twice, twice


    I got charged twice for game pass this month and twice for a Sims 4 pack I paid for. The transactions showed up on my bank statement but not on Microsoft's end so they couldn't refund me. What do I do? Game pass is $15.99 and the sims pack was $35.99 and i paid for both of them once but I checked my bank account today and I went in the negative because I was charged again for both items.

    How long ago did you make the purchases? In some ocassions it can take up to 48 hrs for a transaction to appear.

    Also if the charge is not there it could mean that it was held for some reason. Have you contacted your bank to check that?

    If the charges do not appear after 46 hrs and they were not held either. Contact support

    If you were charged for an item you did not receive then you'll need to contact support and speak with billing.
