    I was charged twice for one game, who can I email to fix this?


    I purchased Mad Max for $7.99 and Shadow of War Definitive Edition for $8.99 on January 1st. When I attempted to purchase Mad Max, there was an internet problem and it didn't appear to go through, giving me an error. So I tried again and it worked. Four
    days later and I notice there are not two but three transactions from Microsoft: $7.99 (Mad Max), $7.98 (?), $8.99 (Shadow of War). I double checked my orders and there are only two purchases for that day. So I know the $7.98 has to be from the first attempt
    that apparently went through despite it timing out and making me purchase again (how could that even happen?). Who can I email? I have screenshots.

    How long ago did you make the purchases? In some ocassions it can take up to 48 hrs for a transaction to appear.

    Also if the charge is not there it could mean that it was held for some reason. Have you contacted your bank to check that?

    If the charges do not appear after 46 hrs and they were not held either. Contact support

    I'm getting double billed

    It says it's one charge every month, it's only on my bank account that it says I'm charged twice.

    I do not have another email attached.

    Nothing we can do here i'm afraid.You will need to phone support for your region.They are the only one's who can give you a refund if you have been charged twice.

    Although it says you've been charged twice, I can assure you this isn't the case. Microsoft request the funds and your bank/card issuer authorises it. I confirmed this with NatWest who have said that there's only one request £429.99.
