I was charged twice for Minecraft realms

I was charged twice in a span of 6 days. It charged me a second time because I went on mc and it told me that my subscription was over, and so I paid for it. I checked my order history and that's when I saw I was charged twice. Now there are two recurring bills going on (I just ended one of them) for the same month.

I would like a refund but I don't know where to go for that and I would also like to resolve this issue of not having minecraft realms, even though I was charged for it.

I have exactly the same issue, and it has happened twice to me now. The Realm says it has expired even though the recurring billing function charged me on the renewal date, then a few days later the realm says expired, and so I click renew and it charges me for a new realm as well. I am currently being charged for 3 realms when I actually only have 1!!!

Can someone please help.

Realms do not automatically renew (I know from forgetting to renew mine twice). If you just let it expire you won't be charged.

I do not see the current recurring charge listed at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ currently there's no history of that charge ever being made, but I know it used to be on there as I've had Minecraft Realms for well over a year. The only charges listed are the two new charges I had to make to regain access to my realm.

After checking my girlfriend's subscription history we found the payment history is now on her account somehow. She also does not currently have access to any realms on minecraft, and she's never had a realm. The realm in question has alway been under my name, I'm listed as the owner, and it worked for over a year with no problems. Now I'm still paying for it but no one has access to it.

All subscriptions have been cancelled and refunds have been requested. I guess we'll see what happens.
