I was charged twice for an Xbox series s I bought in December?

I bought a series s or x on the store through my xbox on dec 15 and they took the $422 right away, again a week later, put that back and took another $422 on the 23rd and kept it?! It still says pending on my order too and i dont know who to call. I wonder
why microsoft took more money out?!
