Yea im dealing with the same thing at the moment. I got refunded for one of the charges but not other three. I haven’t received any VC. If this doesnt get resolved it will be the last time i spend any money on 2k or xbox as a whole. This is ridiculous.

do you have your controller charging during the same time? mine does the same thing when I charge my controller
