    I recently bought Battlefield: Bad Company on Xbox One. I just checked my billing on my bank account and it billed me 59.95 euros. The game however costs only 14.99 euros. I may have pressed the "Buy" button a few times because it was lagging a bit. What
    can I do to get the excess billing refunded?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Charged multiple times for Limbo

    I logged on today and tried to purchase Limbo, but received an error message saying that the content was currently unavailable. I waited for about a minute and tried again and received a different error message saying that my account was locked from making
    purchases. I deleted my profile, cleared my cache, redownloaded my profile and tried again and finally managed to successfully purchase and download Limbo... but when I checked my account, I had been billed for it 3 times.

    Normally I would assume I need to call the billing department, but the Xbox support page led me here. Please help? I was charged multiple times for a game? :)

    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added on our order history in real-time, if there is no transaction it may mean that it's not successful and you may need to dispute the charge to your bank.

    Please follow the steps below to see if this is really an unauthorized charge that is not linked to any Microsoft account that you own:

    If your Microsoft account only got one month added to your Game Pass subscription, meaning the other 3 charges were unauthorized charges, I would suggest you to contact your bank or credit card company, dispute the charge and request them to stop all future payments from Microsoft.

    I understand your frustration. This was probably done by someone who stole your bank account or credit card information and used it to purchase a service or subscription from Microsoft/Xbox. If you don't know the account these products or subscriptions are being purchased for, Microsoft/Xbox support team might not be able to cancel the purchases and refund you.

    I'm not a Microsoft employee. I never worked for Microsoft and I do not have access to user accounts, billing or purchase information. I'm just a user helping other users.
