I was Charged for Xbox Live Gold Again

In early March, I bought the Xbox live gold card to play online. I bought the one month card to see if I like playing online, which I did (I have not bought a card since). In early April, I was charged again for my Xbox live gold "subscription". I did
not sign up for this subscription. I believe that my auto-renew was on without me even knowing it was. I was wondering if this charge on my account could be removed. I wasn't even able to go online throughout april so it doesn't make sense for me to pay a
charge and not get anything in return. If it cannot be removed, if i pay for the charge, does that mean I get to play online for one month? Please help me.

Hello, my issue is almost similar.. I just bought a new Xbox one with a free Xbox live gold card that returns an expired message when I try to load it.. What should I do?

For a refund you would need to try submitting a refund request. However, being that you were charged over a month ago, it
may no longer be possible to get a refund. You can try contacting support and speak to billing, but there may not be anything they can do at this point. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Even if you didn't actively use it, there would be no way to have that month again unless you paid for a new month.

here, under Xbox Live Gold section see if you have the auto renew enabled and let us know.

If yes, disable it.

Your auto renew was probably on, yeah. Request a refund or contact Xbox Support and explain what has happened
