    I was charged for an Xbox live gold membership I already payed for.


    I payed for Xbox live gold for $10 on June. The account automatically payed for July so I took off the automatic recurring payments. My account expired on August 1st. 7 days ago, they took out $10 a day after I put in $50. They said it was pending so I
    took out all of my payment methods. I f they charged me $10, my gold membership should still be active. It expired and I should have got my money back.

    this still doesnt help me as i need to let the xbox live people know that i have already payed for my xbox live membership therefor i should not need to update any payment options because i have already payed for it and should nit be charged. it says that
    i will be charged if i update the payment options

    Bought Gold still can't connect

    I payed for a month of Xbox Live Gold but it has not let me connect all day. The PayPal account I am using was charged for the membership but it still says I am a free member.
