i was caheged twice and they refounded the game not the plus charge

Hi, i bought a game and somehow i was charged twice. I made a refund request and i wrote the situation down that a was charged twice and i only want a refund for the plus charge not for the game i want to keep the game.. now they refunded the game .what can i do now.. i bought it when it was 70% off and if i want to buy it again now its full price

Those specialists are the only folks that have the tools to process a refund and reverse it if needed.

Got the same problem here, downloaded free game tron (yes FREE!!!!) and charged 9,99 euros , refound it ! Not my mistake

So you tried to get a refound and they didn't refound you, that's what i understood.

Maybe your game wasn't refoundable.
