    I was billed, need refund, cannot contact.


    I canceled my membership in December for Ultimate but was billed in Jan though I did not notice... billed again last night. I again canceled the membership as well as the recurring billing and want a refund. I tried to contact them last night and again this am. It is not letting me do so, either through virtual support or through Xbox support.

    PayPal says to contact Microsoft directly yet I am unable to do so and have a limited time to request a refund. I have never had an issue with Microsoft before but this.... I should not need to come here for help.

    If I try through Xbox support, it will return saying "Phone calls and chats are not available for this issue". If I try through Another Microsoft Support it will first say 0 people waiting for chat 1 minute call back time, but either option I choose and I get "Sorry, we're having trouble connecting you. Feel free to try again or ask another question."

    I want a refund for Feb Xbox Ultimate. I want the cancellation to hold this time.

    Do I need to force a Ticket on PayPal?
