    I was banned wrongfully!


    Okay,I was playing OFFLINE FIFA with my brother, and whilst playing I received an email saying im banned. I wasn't sending any msgs nor do I have a headset. I want the enforcement team to forward me the msgs I have send, they don't have to send me the players
    gamertag. I'm 100% sure there has been a mix up. They can have a look in my msgs, I didn't send anyone msgs, I haven't even played xbox last week! Now I have 10 days ban without reason, when I try to have my case reviewed they ask me questions about purple
    avatars etc. Please get back to me asap!

    I hope somebody can help me! There has been a huge misunderstanding!

    I am so upset and frustrated! I received Compensation from an Agent and i was wrongfully banned!

    The enforcement team do not use the forums and they will not send you specific messages. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. Keep in mind that investigations take time, so your suspension could be for something that happened weeks or

    Xbox update caused RROD / screen glitch. Will cost me to get it fixed.

    remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.
