    speaking from personal experience, you will get nowhere in these forums or with customer service, trust me. your best option is to file a complaint with BBB.org and see where it goes from there,

    I bought the same island.

    It was gifted to me by a Prince Mustafa because I released all of his frozen funds in a bank USA.

    As soon as he cashes the check I sent him, the island is mine! I was banned without cause on xbox one ;)

    Obviously after you pleaded your case so well it is clear that MS is once again banning innocent people for no reason.... or that magical, mystical "software update" that you never received caused the ban.
