I was Banned unrightfully

SO i was banned for cheating,Exploiting..etc. This is the email i revived, I have a video proof of a hacker but not me. I am requesting that 3 months of suspension back. I payed for that subscription and for it to be taken from me for something i had not
done. I will post another Forum Of the Hacker Video .

Banned

i was unrightfully banned heres the case number [Mod Removed] i just got the xbox 1 and i want to play but i got banned for no reason

It doesn't matter who starts the fight

If you retailiate in anyway that breaks the terms of use you will be punished

And yes it doesn't matter how many times they report you it takes a violation for an suspension to be issued

Since you havd multiple violations you would think you would learn better about keeping your communications rated e for everyone

 

Hey mate, it's unfortunate, but even being in a modded lobby is enough to get your banned. Doesn't matter if you're the person modding or not. Also in my opinion, you should count yourself lucky it's just a suspension and not an account ban.

DigitalAssassin is correct, even being in a modded lobby is grounds for a suspension. Like he said you should consider yourself lucky, I have seen many cases where the person gets their account banned forever, I've even seen a few console bans from just
being in the lobby.

 

Yep. You say you have video proof of the hacker so you must have known he was hacking.

As soon as you become aware of a hacker you must dashboard the console immediately and file a complaint against them. Staying in the game while knowing it is hacked can be seen as intentionally playing with a hacker.

You will probably just be told what you already know though but they are the only ones who have the power to overturn bans.

 

I have just had the same problem on Black Ops II with two hacker's one called
[Mod Removed - Please don't name and shame] and another one that I can't remember. In the
[Mod Removed] game I got invited to I could not leave the game, I had to wait until the time ran out, I did not get a single kill, had unlimited ammo and all the players would always get pulled over to
[Mod Removed], it didn't matter where you were on the map. I recorded it and put it on youtube. I looked for another public game and ended up in another hacked lobby, I got no kills and 26 death meanwhile the hacker went 52 and 1, he was shooting
through the map and he didn't even have to aim the gun at us to get the kill, guess what, he is still on xbox live right now. It is unfair and I'm pretty sure it's unlawful regardless of Terms and Conditions for MS to suspend Xbox Live accounts due to other
user's actions. I pay $80.00 a year for Xbox Live Gold and I was told by someone that works at MS that we pay so they can stop people from hacking credit card details and online gameplay, well if that's the case then stopping online gameplay hacking isn't
working and I want at least half of my money back and my account un-suspended.

 

Forgot to add this. In the other hacked lobby I could leave the game and did so only to have the hacker invite me again so I declined and got an error message saying I can not declined the invite, I also could not delete it or block communication.

 

^You're partially correct, Xbox keeps our accounts safe, they do not police individual game servers. That is up to the developers, but if it's an old Call of Duty title, they stop supporting the game to move onto the next one, hence all the modders. This
is no way justifies it, but unfortunately is the way it is.

The only way the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team can take action on the account is if you use the reporting features on the console itself and as you can imagine they would get 1000's a day, which all are investigated.
