Discus and support I was banned twice for two weeks 2 days apart done the suspension still cannot message or talk in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was suspended for 2 weeks time in the same week I have finished the suspension but I still cannot talk or message any of my freinds I was wondering...     I was banned twice for two weeks 2 days apart done the suspension still cannot message or talk


    I was suspended for 2 weeks time in the same week I have finished the suspension but I still cannot talk or message any of my freinds I was wondering if this is a glitch or the suspensions stack example banned 2 times and they are in the same time period
    I would have to wait 4 weeks

    I still can't communicate after my suspension

    I was suspended for 2 weeks and after my days of suspension I still can't send messages, talk in parties, and etc.

    Communication Bann is Over but I still can't talk to anyone...HELP!!!!!

    I was banned 2 weeks ago for communication. I have now served that suspension but unfortunately I still cannot talk to anyone. XBOX SUPPORT HELP!!!! This is ridiculous!

    So I tried this today thinking that the maximum suspension would be 2 weeks, well it’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t play online games or talk/message other people. Is there such thing as a permanent suspension from chatting or playing online games? Also
    I’m kind of mad considering it was my friend who logged into my account and changed my gamerpic and got me banned.

    Suspension Still Not Lifted After Two Months!

    sounds like you have a suspension that you can't see. I got banned twice in one day somehow and it should have ended and been lifted yesterday.but I cannot talk or send messages. When I contact microsoft she tells me I have a suspension until september
    2017! 3 months! Sorry brother it seems we are in the same boat. It's really ridiculous as people abuse the report system and I trash talk my friends as a joke I cannot believe they do this to people when all they have to do is block you if they don't like
    what you wrote but I still learned my lesson.

    short suspensions cannot be reviewed

    Hi EwanTweedale,

    1 day suspensions can't be case reviewed because it's only a 24 hour ban so don't worry about it but if you keep offensive messaging the suspensions get longer from 2 days, 7 days and 2 weeks

    I swear I am going through the same problem. I got banned twice in one day it was supposed to be over yesterday but I cannot talk or send messages. I contact support and they tell me I have a suspension until September 2017. Under enforcement it shows
    I have no active suspensions...... So how can I submit a case review Microsoft? The lady I talked to was nice but she couldn't tell me how to submit a case review when Its not showing up for me...

    communications ban "lifted" and still no chat or messaging ect..
