    I was banned twice for no reason please help i barely play so how am I getting banned for this.


    I was bannned by mistake I haven't Done anything wrong, I Barely play so how I am I getting banned for threating people and messages when I don't message anyone? This is getting so frustrating I can't even play my games for two weeks

    so I have ben xbox live banned for no reason I have done nothing wrong and I have contacted Microsoft support twice now and both times they found me innocent and seen that I was banned for no reason please help.

    Hi i have been banned for the same reason but someone hacked onto my account and banned me somehow, cause last night i was playing perfectly fine then today i am banned for absolutely no reason this is ridiculous i just bought destiny and the expansion.

    I have done so twice there with in this week and got nothing but an automated response so I am making a formal complaint with the BBB and go from there along with my friends as I found out there are many complaints about the support here. I thank those of
    you that helped me out but I am sorry the enforcement team cannot give me a straight answer as to why I was banned twice for the same infraction... So I will just ride out my ban and note that you get banned for no reason and or proof of anything on here.
    I read everything I could on this site and even realized I was falsely banned a 2nd time... I am just going to stop thank you guys and thanks to the enforcement team for not talking and assisting in the support I will also post in the banning section sure

    My account was suspended for no reason

    hi,

    my account is banned for "marketplace theft" (not a valid reason.) The only thing that could contribute to this is that I purchased goat simulator payday on Jan 28 but got charged twice each $4.99 [Mod Removed - Personal Information] Then I disputed
    the later charge with Paypal and got $4.99 refund.

    I request to reviewing the case and ask why I am banned. They just upheld the ban and giving me no chance/place to discuss the details.

    I contacted xbox live support and they cannot even told me what is the particular reason I got banned. One agent told me it is not my Paypal chargeback that causes the ban. Another agent even told me I have to wait for the ban expires before I know
    the reason why I am banned. I am speechless.

    My account is UnerringCoder34. I need help here to figure out why I am banned. If it is due to the paypal chargeback, then why was I charged twice for a single game?

    It was for communication not profile thank you I dont see how Location: My house is bannable I said a few choice words in live chat and that was it I am sure that was why I was banned but I shouldnt be banned twice for the same offense... So again where
