Discus and support I was banned twice for no reason my account and my console in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, my account was banned on June 7th to be precise, I still do not know why but until then I could at least play online but not speak nor send...     I was banned twice for no reason my account and my console


    Hi, my account was banned on June 7th to be precise, I still do not know why but until then I could at least play online but not speak nor send message until June 21st. Then the next day I still received a message but this is my console that
    was banned, I called Xbox technical support the person told me that my console is banned until August 8: o !! While I have not done anything for my console to be banned. I am on holiday and I would like to enjoy playing these 3 months of holiday .. Thank you
    for your reply, I do not hope to remove the 2 banishment but at least the banishment of the console because I did nothing.

    My account has been banned for no apparent reason. I play Xbox about twice a week and today it got banned. My gamer tag is dogsaur. I need my account back please!

    Ive been banned for no reason

    I have been banned for no reason, you guys never gave me a reason neither, I've never been banned before and it goes straight to console banned? Yes I do have an other account but it's my friends account for we can gameshare, no he is not banned so he's
    not the reason. I literally got banned for absolutely no reason

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see the reason for the action and open a case review
    with the PET.

    Case reviews are not available for console bans however. Also, console bans are usually permanent and are not reversed.

    hi,

    my account is banned for "marketplace theft" (not a valid reason.) The only thing that could contribute to this is that I purchased goat simulator payday on Jan 28 but got charged twice each $4.99 [Mod Removed - Personal Information] Then I disputed
    the later charge with Paypal and got $4.99 refund.

    I request to reviewing the case and ask why I am banned. They just upheld the ban and giving me no chance/place to discuss the details.

    I contacted xbox live support and they cannot even told me what is the particular reason I got banned. One agent told me it is not my Paypal chargeback that causes the ban. Another agent even told me I have to wait for the ban expires before I know
    the reason why I am banned. I am speechless.

    My account is UnerringCoder34. I need help here to figure out why I am banned. If it is due to the paypal chargeback, then why was I charged twice for a single game?

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.



    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.

    Post in the suspension forum and try being a bit more respectful then perhaps you'll get a response.
