    Hello Forms,

    I am submitting this complaint because i got suspended on my main account CrossoverGK due to a player raging on AW! you guys can check my stats and recent games and i haven't boosted cheated or any of the above of breaking the xbox code of conduct.

    So i had to make this secondary account to reach out to you guys i am under a 14 day suspension and hopefully you will accept this letter and uplift my suspension so i can keep on playing.

    Hello i need help about Cod AW what happened was my account got banned and i need help with transferring AW to a different account and the AW is the digital editon and it came with the Xbox One with a code and i need help getting the game back because i
    had wasted 500$ for a game i cannot play. And all i need is to get a transfer from a account that is banned to another account that is not banned.

    this forum to get an official answer from the Enforcement Team. You should have received an email to the address associated with the gamertag with the reason.

    If you are only banned from AW then you need to contact Sledgehammer or Activision.

    The ban system is awful

    While certain levels of 'trash talk' or friendly banter are allowed on the network, sending messages likely to offend or using offensive words, slurs or expletives are not. These are the rules and the Community Standards that you agreed to abide by when you signed up for Xbox Live.

    The system can automatically filter words or phrases that breach the community standard rules. This can result in a suspension on your account and is one of the few systems that is automated over Xbox Live. It does not require another user to report you.

    However, since it would be completely unfair to suspend accounts immediately for reports of cheating or exploits, these reports need to looked at via a different process, via real people or via developers of a particular game themselves. These kinds of reports can take days, weeks or even months to be looked into. Getting all of your friends to file a report on the same person will not bring about an automatic ban.

    This is why you can get a suspension for a certain message almost immediately, but not for reports of cheating. They won't get off 'scot free', but it will not instant.

    Also, bear in mind that you will not be notified if any action is taken against a person you report on Xbox Live.
