    My friend was over at my house and messaged another xbox player saying something they shouldn't have and I got a suspension for it.

    Can I please have this lifted.

    Oh thank heavens! It's working now. I thought I was mistakenly banned.

    lol, i would rather be mistakenly console banned rather then having all my personal information stolen.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com     however, you are responsible for your account at all times.

    I tried this and there is nothing there for me to click on so i can file this case review. I have no idea why this doesn't work but i tried on three different computers and it still will not let me click on it. There is nothing that I am able to click on
    and it's very frustrating

    When you go to that website and sign in with the account that has the suspension on it is there an orange hammer on the main page?

    If yes then you would click on that and it will show you your enforcement history and next to any active suspension if it is eligible there should be a link to apply for a review.

    Not all suspensions are eligible for a review.

    If you sign into that page and there is not an orange hammer there that means you are signed into the wrong account and need to sign into the right account.

    Xbox Code of Conduct and it's lack of priorities.

    I will agree that some bans are mistakenly given and some users who deserve a ban do mostly get away with it.
