I was banned from COD - Black Ops - Cold War and I don't understand why...

I was banned from above game and when I went to the enforcement.xbox.com - it shows no banned and that I am a good player. How can I appeal the banned when there is no place to log into and ask for an appeal. I have NO information to go by.

The enforcement site would only show your standing with Microsoft. Again, Microsoft doesn't have anything to do with game specific bans since they're not issued by Microsoft.

Because it would be an account specific thing and for privacy purposes, I doubt Activision would tell anyone other than you (the account owner) the reason for a ban so even if someone from Microsoft were to contact them, I doubt they'd tell them the reason
for the ban. You can certainly try contacting support, but I doubt they'd do anything. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I cannot contact them - there is no usable email address to send an appeal to. The one they have https://enforcement.xbox.com - SHOWS I am in good standing with Activision. I mean they are using the Microsoft/XBOX for Call of Duty - Black Ops - Cold War.
Can someone from this company email or call them?

I just checked the Activision page and there are over 400 gamers in the same exact situation as me. We do not know what we did and we all got banned. Something must have went wrong with the lastest update on 01/12/2021 and as of yesterday 01/13/2021 -
people are banned for 10 years... I have not even been playing for a full year yet.

I just cannot believe there is no way that this company cannot contact Activision and help us the consumers. You must have someone up the corporate ladder a Microsoft and that can tell them they messed up big time?? Really no help?

Microsoft doesn't handle game specific bans. You would have to contact Activision.

Hi!

Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

COD Vietnam....there is a possibility but remember that Black Ops cover most of the Vietnam War (even if the setting is the Cold War btw) so I don't think that Treyarch will
do another "Black Ops" 1960's related game, they will making COD with futuristic settings.
