I was banned for retaliating against a guy

I got a ban for defending myself against this guy who was messaging me racial slurs. He called me an idiotic looking kid with crooked teeth that complains to his parent why he so ugly. The. He went on to say India look Freek and remained the gc to slow [mod removed] India child. This is all on Xbox and I was suspended for calling him a fat monster with a double chin in retaliation. My appeal was then banned after I explained everything. I went on to file a case against him and haven’t gotten any response. I also responded to the email with attached photos of what he called me and got no response. The case number is [mod removed]

In situations like that, report and block instead of responding. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended too. You would have to report him through his profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate him as well.
