I was banned for no reason! (In my view)

Hello, I was banned for a certain amount of time on xbox for nothing, I was on Call of Duty Black ops 3 playing with some friends. These were the only people I was playing with all day, there was no hate in the game/party, and when it got late we all said
goodbye and left it at that and went off. The next morning (Which means for me Today) it said I was banned for 2 weeks of Communication, Online Multiplayer and basically every other privilege I have on Xbox. I went to a friend's house on his Xbox to message
my friends asking if they reported me, they all said no and I believed them. I don't know/remember if I did anything in the past and Im pretty sure I didn't! Im on my summer holidays and I love playing Xbox but I can't now because of this. I hope someone can
help me on this issue, if so I would appreciate if you could. Also I have already gone to the Enforcement.Xbox.com and they couldn't help me.

Hi xbox i was wondering why my live account was banned i had done nothing wrong and i was wondering why my console was banned and for how long. Its kind of dumb i have to sit here and wait for my live to come back even though i had done nothing. Im strongly
considering ps3 because on xbox its nothing but hackers that hack names and get you banned.......Just wondering when ill get it back...and for what reason i lost my live..

Enforcement actions can take several weeks or months to come around. It is highly likely you have been suspended due to an infraction some time ago, not from the last time you played online.
