    I was banned and I think this is a mistake because I do not remember having made a mistake lately and I would like my case to be still look because I did not access the questionnaire for a re- investigation

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see the reason for the action and open a case review with the PET.

    Also, please be aware that if the suspension is less than 24 hours you will not be able to open a case review or if you are under 18 then your parent account will need to log in and open the case review on your behalf.

    I know that but i tried to do that but i left the page accidently and i contact the support team and they say me to do an request on the forum to be listening.

    You were told incorrectly. The PET can only be contacted via the link I provided. No one is able to assist with enforcement actions on the forums.
