I was banned for my profile?

48 hour suspensions are not eligible for an appeal because usually the enforcement team takes this time or up to 72 hours to review your request and provide a resolution.

Moreover, in case the suspension is reflected only in Fallout 76, and you can play other games fine, you may want to reach instead Bethesda support.

The profile wasn't banned, the console was the banned, I'm asking how I must to sign in with my new console, with the profile that I kept in my USB memory, or if I must recover the profile from Xbox Live and lost the progress that I got while the console
were banned

Was it a communication ban or a profile ban? I was communication banned once but it only lasted 24 hours but some of my friends have been banned from 2 days up to a month. If it was a profile ban I'd assume it's permanent but don't quote me on that.
