I was banned for my profile pic but I thought it was authorized by Microsoft

Hello Iliketoes123124, bans and suspensions are made by the Enforcement team and as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data to know what criteria for the ban.

I don't use pictures for my profile pic, but I'm guessing that the reason for the picture getting banned is that its an copyrighted image, and neither you or Microsoft own the rights to the image.

Nobody but microsoft are authorised to put "microsoft" seals on a console.

Do not be tempted to now send the console off to microsoft for repair, because they will not touch it and probably ban it.

Yeah I can change the profile pic with the image I want in my Alt account, but in my main account it doesn’t wanna work, my assumption is my constant changing of my profile pic, or an enforcement from an older Time because of my pfp, or by losing gamepass ultimate, it won’t change anymore. Those three are what I had thought of first.

Not questioning your authority, but are you part of the enforcement team? And I thought that if you one does not have the modded data then they can't be banned.
