    So if you were banned and its perm I'm pretty sure it will stay like that. Perm ban just means that they had enough info to make it permanent, If they gave you an option to appeal it then you have the right to do so but I've never seen an appeal option
    ever avail on a permanent ban!

    The case review would have the enforcement team look into the situation again. If they determine they made a mistake, you would be unbanned. That is the only possible way to be unbanned, but it is not guaranteed.

    no, if the bank pulls the funds back then microsoft will deem that as market place theft and ban the account.

    they will deem it as market place theft and perma ban your account and possibly your console too.

    Green eyed leo. Doing that is theft of market place content and could lead to a console ban for both consoles.
