    I was banned for a year for one offense


    I have recently been banned from Xbox party chats and chats for a year. I would not even care if my friends could invite but I couldn’t invite them; however this is not the case as I can’t accept their invitation. This all happened from one offense where I cussed someone out after raging in fc 24, 5 of my messages were reported which were sent in the span of 2 minutes. The fact that this resulted in a year ban with no prior offense is crazy. After looking into this I believe if I sent it in one message it would have been 4 strikes and not 11 however I didn't. I do not know if it is a bug or not. If it is I asked that I get unsuspended as I have already served my 3 strikes and if it is not I am very disappointed. My first Xbox was an Xbox 360 and then an Xbox one and then the series X. This is the first time I have ever been suspended or gotten a strike and have never had an issue with Xbox. I am sorry to say but this is affecting me playing with my friends quite a bit and am sorry to inform you that if this is not fixed within the month I will no longer be using an Xbox or any Microsoft product ever again I spend hundreds and even sometime thousands of dollars a year on games, consoles, cosmetics, and accessories I feel betrayed that I have spent this much for such a crappy system. I start by my word if this is not fixed in a month I will be buying a PlayStation and never returning to Xbox. This is quite sad for me because I have so many good memories from playing on prior Xboxes with my older brother who is now in college it will be sad for me to let these memories go along with my accounts from cod, the finals, and overwatch (which is the game I really loved playing with my older brother). But it may be time to move on because as much as I would like to hold onto these memories I can’t make new ones without playing with my friends.

    If you fix this I thank you very much and if you don’t I am very disappointed and all I will have to say is goodbye Xbox.

    no one from enforcement reads or Post here, the only way to communicate with them is through the appeals process, and if you haven't already submitted an appeal, I would suggest until the specifics of your case appear before doing so to increase your chances of success

    Then theres nothing else that can be done except waiting out the suspension.

    Banned 5 year old gamertag, now forced to pay for name change. Enforcement team = a joke

    If my gamertag was offensive you should have banned it when I made it 5 years ago in 2011.

    If my gamertag was offensive the second Rolf Harris got convicted in july 2014 you should have banned it then.

    To wait to 2016 and ban my gamertag for people offensive then have the audacity to say I have to pay out of my own pocket to change my gamertag, you won't even give me a free gamertag change.

    Disgusting.

    The date/time you mentioned at the top of your notice is when the enforcement action was taken, not the date/time of the offense.
    Thank you for your answer.

    Could you please investigate and tell me the date/time and purpose of the offense ?

    I would like to remind you that the only one to use that XBOX is my 10 years old son and the ban seems very strange to me !

    In addition what are the solutions to cancel the ban ?
