I was banned for a gamerpic?

I received a permanent ban because of my gamerpic. I never received a warning about it. Been over a month now and no update on how I can resolve this. Ive had the account for years, thousands of dollars spent on games, addons, auto payment of subscriptions, new consoles, etc. I’ve lost all of that due to a fake photo of Tupac shaking hands….

I’ve never been suspended or had a bad record on my Microsoft account. I can’t get a response or an update of this matter. I’m forced to purchase a new subscription and start all over on a new Microsoft account.

Ok thank you for the response. I used a gamerpic in the past that was inappropriate, but it never got banned. I switched off of it a few weeks ago but is it still possible that I could get suspended for using that gamerpic in the past or is it ok since I changed it back to an appropriate gamerpic?

If a comm-ban also suspends you from uploading a custom gamerpic, then there's nothing you can do but wait until the comm-ban is over. I would imagine a custom gamerpic is a "communications" feature too.

Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com, review your suspension details, and submit a case review (if eligible).

if your gamerpic violates the terms and conditions you will get banned/suspended.
