    Hello, so this guy has been skyping me and telling me that he banned me on xbox live. (And I was banned and do not know why). And he is now telling me that he is going to keep banning me until I get banned forever. He is also threatening to suspend my youtube.
    Please Please help me!

    A guy booted me out of Xbox Live.

    I have been threatened to be booted offline and have been told someone knows my IP address and real address. How can anyone help to get this guy banned online forever?

    Can I get someone banned?

    The best thing to do is to get through to Xbox Live on the free phone number, speak to technical support and then say 'other account questions'. Tell the person that answers that you want to speak to their supervisor, then tell them that your 'friend' has been threatening you etc... He will then ask for his Gamer tag, and will ban him for 1 day. Call back saying the same stuff 2 more times and he will be banned FOREVER.

    It doesn't hurt to claimthat he was being discriminatory. They take it very seriously

    The enforcement team are the only ones who can issue bans. Users do not have the ability to do so. If you have been banned, you will need to post here to find out why -

    Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him.

    The first course of action you should take if you are being harassed over Xbox Live is to file a complaint on the user(s) involved. This can be done via their gamercard, along with the option to submit a player review and avoid the person. If you're not
    sure how to file a complaint: simply hit the dashboard button, select "friends", scroll to the far right to "recent players", and select the player(s) you want to file complaints against.

    If they threatened to attack your internet, it is highly unlikely that they will do so. If you find yourself being disconnected from the internet, however, you should contact your ISP and let them know that someone has DDoSed you. This can normally be stopped
    by disconnecting your router/modem and Xbox for 5-10 minutes. Here's more information on DoS attacks:

    If someone is able to kick you off of your network, block them and change your IP address from your network setttings on your xbox. Problem fixed :)

    Dude, just don't accept any suspicious downloads and perhaps restart your router (if you have a dynamic IP Address) then these losers will be a thing of the past. A lot of these people are all bluff anyway. Keep on playing dude.
