I was banned but player who reported me started problem

I was playing a game of smite and after the match I got a mesdage from one of the players saying all kinds of madness and vulgarities. I respond with the same vulgarity and he reports me. I get banned from communications and messaging and the guy who reported
me continued to send me messages, antagonizing me for being banned. I reported the action but nothing was done because he was still able to message other people after i sent the report. Why weren't there any actions taken against that player who started the
fight and why weren't there any actions for the harassment after that player reported me and continued to message me knowing I couldn't respond?

so I got communication banned when the person who sending me racist messages and we started to go at each other and cussed each other out, I blocked and reported him and was wondering how long I'd be banned

why have I got suspended even tho I was able to play a game with a friend and now I can't it just kicks me out.

Suspensions are not always issued immediately. Investigations can take time so even if the enforcement team haven't issued anything yet, doesn't mean they won't.

So the decision was upheld and the reason is i reported a persons messages to much. Just to be clear i didnt report one message over and over agin the players continuously messaged me and mocked me about being banned and the person is the buddy of the person
who got me banned. So i got banned for harassment because i was reporting the person who was harassing me while i was still communication banned.

Its really disgusting..I stop everthing. But before, i want the players report me, and i know who is it, be bans too for abusive reporting and racism.

for All these years I have been hearing false advertisements of Microsoft Saying We have the best Team for everything that goes wrong. I have been Abused from Chat Communication on Xbox Live and Banned 4 times now for something I didn't do Wrong and I am
getting Sick and Tired of your Enforcement team accecpting these reports giving these Random Players that takes advantages of abusing the Player Report System Credit.

If you don't fix this Problem everytime I come up with a random player telling me to Shut Up in Chat or telling me that I am Mad or Crying Im going to start Reporting them and Getting Them Communication Banned if you keep Letting this Problem Progress

That doesnt help me at all. I was harassed first no matter what. If i had just reported it that doesnt take away the fact i was harassed. I was playing an online game minding my own business when this player started harassing me. Reporting it doesnt take
back the harassment i endured. Then i end up getting banned and not them. Thats ridiculous. I will not stand for a platform that allows someone to be harassed and then bans the person who was harassed.
