hello, I was banned from Xbox live and I was not on my account for 1 week and said it was a communication thing so I got banned and my friend had access to my account and he said he was saying foul language and that is why can I please get unbanned

I got banned it was for 24 hours and when the time was up i still couldent talk to people

You can view your ban and the reason at
enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if the ban is eligible. The enforcement team does not use these forums. Your account is your responsibility at all times. You should never allow other users to have access

Now I think my friend lied to get me banned cause he sent me a message saying don't get banned after I got banned. So now I think he false report me to get me banned and Now I just want answers. If he did get me banned than I want to de-friend himself and
block his as from Facebook and everything.

the decision made by the enforcement team. This can be done by submitting a case review. If you run in to anyone that is
breaking the
code of conduct, we recommend
reporting and/or blocking the player. The enforcement team will look into the report and take the appropriate action. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team. We hope this helps!
