hello im looking to speak with a enforcement team member regarding suspension of accounts and contesting the suspension..i aplogize deeply for the mishap and tried avoiding the situation..the reason for the message was due to the player interference during
the match and running in front of us shooting to get team kills and running in to explosives to get us to team kill ourselves..we ended up having to back out of the game and then he tried friend requesting me in order to follow along. i spend a lot of money
and time on xbox and have a darn good track record of playing fair and cordially and im humbly asking that the suspension be lifted and i have learned my lesson to back out of such type game sessions and to report and avoid further communications of that nature..thank
you.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact them. If you do spam the forums, you will put yourself at risk for being banned from the forums.

You're welcome to file an appeal with enforcement. I suggest you wait 48 hours for the complete case information to appear so that you can file a better appeal

Enforcement does not read or post to these forums, and no one here can speak for them

using imagery meant to shock, or imagery used by hate groups is not allowed, which would include German soldiers from the World War II era

The picture also quite possibly violates several other community standards

Then, unfortunately, there is nothing you can do...whilst calling someone a sausage would not be a perma ban offense, if it is the culmination of a lot of previous comm bans, then it may have been the last straw so to speak

I would still keep an eye on the Enforcement site as the suspension may appear...as I mentioned, the Enforcement site has been acting up for a few days
