    I was banned and its over but still cant play online


    my xbox one works fine but my 360 will still not let me play online.......can sign in but cannot play any game online. does anyone have an answer I keep getting sent here then sent there.

    im communications banned still when todays the day its spose to be over with 9th 2017 11 pm help plz

    got banned 2 weeks ago and today its spose to be over at 11 pm but its now 12.03 am and still cant play its the 10th now why cant i play plz help suspension is now over and still cant talk

    Why is cant my brother play multiplayer??

    Can someone please tell me why my brother cant play online My account is banned but not his? Its like the whole console is banned even with other accounts i cant play online

    This sounds like a frustrating case, but you need to post over at the suspensions forum. They deal with suspensions and bans and can let you know exactly what's wrong.

    been there done that and the sent me to customer support then customer support sent me back to them. I play every day on my xbox one.

    You're not showing as gold here. So it sounds like you're sharing a gold subscription with someone on your One. You would need a subscription on your account if you want to play online on the 360.

    Suspension Over... Cant play online still

    Suspensions are lifted at the same time of day that they were enforced. So even though it lifts today, if they suspended you at 11:45pm, your suspension wont' lift until then.
