I was banned and i want to know why. and i want it removed off my account. been a member for 9 ...

Hello,

I've been a loyal xbox member for 9 years going on 10. I was recently Com banned for 2 days. I am not happy with this. The ban has lifted as of this morning but the reasoning why i was banned under was a very large amount of things and i fall in to non of
them. My account rep is under good player which is darn near perfect i believe in xboxs eyes on their ranking scale. i want this case reviewed and then removed if able from my account. I'm 24 years old and only play with close friends on private party chats
so i don't know how this happened. i may of been a idiot when i was like 16 and probably deserved one of these during call of duty days but i only play Destiny now and in destiny you can't communicate unless in a party so I'm not really sure how i got a temporary
ban for breaking T.O.S thru xbox live. PLEASE HELP! i would like answers. Xbox support on the phone was of no help with this matter.

My old Xbox live account [mod removed] has been banned for life. i been a member for over 4 years and spent a lot of money in the past 4 years and not i get banned for life. i would really i to know why i got banned for life.

That did not answer my question. by going to that link. It does not give me a CLEAR exact reason as to why i was banned. this is the reason it gives and this is not a clear reason.

Enforcement Detail :- This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live communications
features. Temporary suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox
One. Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges

I would like this removed from my account or looked at again because i believe this to be a false ban.

 

Same thing has happened to me, to save you some trouble, you'll never find out or be cited anything specific. Not one of the enforcement teams members even check the forums anymore. Xbox customer service is taking a hit from these rouge enforcement people.

 

You would need to submit a case review at the above website. The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here has information about your case.

This is unacceptable in my mind. I have been on xbox for over a decade and this is how they treat their tenure customers? Im a grown *** adult with a corporate job and thats not how you handle situations because a little butt hurt kid decided to spam a report
button and tell all his friends. I don't believe in that. But thank you @FREDCOW9 i really appreciate it. and i find this as a reason sadly for me to move over to ps4 more and more each day. I will always be a xbox supporter but if this is how they're going
to treat their long term members then Im out.
