    I was banned and I want some clear answers.


    So one day I was playing my xbox like I always do right then my girlfriend wanted something in call of duty so I signed into her account and added my card to her account and bought the thing for her while both of our accounts were signed in which I should
    mention nowhere does it say you can not do that and I have done it before but anyway she was super happy then 3 hours later I get banned for marketplace theft and I would never steal from anyone and I was in complete shock I started crying so I contacted customer
    support and they said to go to the enforcement page which I did and wasn't really given any information and then ha to do a survey to appeal the case which I did then told you guys the same thing then you guys I guess read through what I said and then said
    that I participated in market place theft and that the case was upheld but yet still not given any info I then went through all my transactions I made for the 7 years I have had my account and there was only one disputed charge which I knew about but that
    was it and other than that I had no other weird or unusual so I just want some answers plus I will pay for whatever you guys think I stole.
