I was banned and i have a question.

Hi I was banned last night for Spam. I don't really know why i haven't spam anyone at all. but i have had a few heated argument with some bad teammates because they keep leaving me to die. And wouldn't help me when i needed it most. I can understand being
banned for a day but no i got banned for a week! Is way i can get the the length reduce. I'm not saying i don't deserve a ban but a week for argument that was civil is a bit much.

You may see your "arguments" as civil but the person receiving them may well see them as harassing and threatening. Best thing is to not message other gamers because you were angry about how they played a game. You can use the mute and block feature on a
gamers profile, which should stop you being teamed with them in future.

As already stated, the Enforcement site is the only place to conduct a review of a suspension. Though I doubt they will reduce a suspension that has been handed out.

Unfortunatly we in the forums do not have access to the system. You will need to check on the Enforcement website if you are eligible for a case review.

If the case review fail you will need to wait out the ban/suspension.

Only way to get this type of thing appealed is on the xbox enforcement website and that it at week or more that you can appeal. But like you are mentioning that it is a week so you will be able to do it.

Forza in-game suspensions only apply to the Forza title where you received it. So if you were banned in Forza Horizon 4, this won’t affect other Forza titles such as Forza Horizon 5 and Forza Motorsport 7. So yes, you should still be able to access online features in FH5.

Suspensions affect access to the specific game feature that’s relevant to the ban (for example, the Auction House or online matchmaking).

You’re notified in the in-game Message Center with information on the exact reason and length of the ban, and what restriction(s) have been applied to your account.

Platform-level content is governed by the Xbox Safety team. While Forza suspensions will only impact that game title, platform-level enforcement will impact your entire Xbox Live account. In addition, some violations can result in a console ban. Should any account attempt to access any Forza titles via the banned device, it will become locked from all online content.

Turn 10 Studios generally follows a "3 strikes" system.

Strike 1 - 7-day suspension from specific feature(s)

Strike 2 - 30-day suspension from specific feature(s)

Strike 3 - Permanent suspension from specific feature(s) or ALL features. There are exceptions to this rule where you may receive a permaban (even if it’s the first strike) depending on the violation.

Unfortunately, there is no appeal process for Forza in-game bans.
