    I was banned until the 29th... I was in the wrong and I understand that now... I have been going through some rough situations in my life recently. My grandmother passed a few days ago and I have been very stressed out. I am very sorry for everything I have
    done in the past and I am going to do my best to make myself a good part of the community again. I am asking if you guys could possibly lift my ban... I would be so happy if I could play again with my friends... I love xbox and everyone in it. I should not
    have bad mouthed anyone in messages and I swear from now on I will never do it again. I cannot explain how sorry I truly am for what I have done. You guys are a great part of the community and I am greatful that you watch out for us. My friend is quitting
    xbox because he is permenantly banned... He is my bestfriend and I am sad to see him quit... he said he couldn't get his account back... his gamertag is xShadow36... I know you probably wont be able to but if you can't lift my ban please lift his... he is
    like a brother to me and I can't see myself without him... We are both truly sorry for everything we have done. I wish there was something I could do to show you that. Please hear me out... I just wish I could my gaming buddy back and play amazing games on
    your consoles... I am a huge xbox fan and I am truly sorry for everything horibble I may have done in the past... I love you guys at xbox..... Thank you for everything you have done.......

    Hello! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community, not a Microsoft employee. Hope you are doing well!

    As a fellow gamer, I understand what you just did standing up for a friend. I am afraid no one in the community can help or check an enforcement suspension or ban.

    But you may do visit http://enforcement.xbox.com/ to see if you can file a case review to appeal about what happened. Normally, case review will only show up if the suspension is longer than 48 hours.

    In the future in case you encounter such thing in a game, I suggest to mute or block them instead then report them specially if they are being toxic and if you think they are violating the Xbox guidelines. This would help to prevent them to turn the things against you if you say something to them.

    It's nice that you apologize, but that isn't enough to reduce your suspension term. Otherwise, everyone with suspensions would write apologetic letters just to reduce their term and continue their crimes.
