i got banned for communications last week and its been 7 days and i havent been unbanned why is that the reason????

The enforcement team denied my case review after I gave my reason for why I got banned, they called me a liar, and weeks after my ban they gave me the reason why I got banned. Which I find absurd and ignorant of them.

L'équipe en charge de la sécurité (XBLPET) n'utilise pas les forums, il faut obligatoirement se connecter au site
Enforcement et ouvrir une revue de cas (case review), si possible, afin de dialoguer avec l'équipe en question.

Et il ne faut pas hésiter signaler les joueurs aux comportements antisportif (en ajoutant un commentaire) car la sanction ne sera pas très longue tomber.

i got a 7 day ban for calling someone an a hole but dude spammed and trolled throughout agame and hes able to play without any interruptions?

the worst part was that i was trying to invite the guy to a party and be civil but he would just troll even more
