    I was band from communication, username wangesta69


    my account was band from talking, my little brother was on my account and had a disability(he doenst know what's right from wrong with what he says) I went to go get online and didn't have any warning on what happened nothing just an automatic ban from talking
    or sending messages to family I play with. I never got a hey here's a warning of what happened nothing, just a ban. Ive had my account for a long time and never once had a ban. This is messed up and if it's not fixed I'll be switching to PlayStation.

    i need help because I've been communication band and multiplayer band for no reason with no email

    I have been communication band and multiplayer band for new reason I never received an email or a message from Xbox about this and I have done nothing wrong to receive a band and if I were to be communication band I would not be able to speak and party
    all game chat but be allowed to play multiplayer games but I can't even play multiplayer games

    To see about submitting a case review, you'll need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com However, you are responsible for your account at all times. Your warning is the code of conduct/terms of service you agreed to when you signed up. PS has the same rules.

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     but it doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to report the other player and block communications with them instead
    of responding.

    What I can tell you is that the Code of Conduct is very straight forward as to what is allowed on Xbox Live. It doesn't matter who starts it, if anyone violates the code of conduct, they are subject to enforcement according to the Code of Conduct and Terms
    of Use set forth for Xbox Live.

    I got band from communications for doing nothing.

    you can file a case review at Enforcement if over 24hours but you don't get banned unless you retaliate in away that actually violates the terms of use regardless who starts a fight

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is through the
    Xbox Enforcement     web site and if eligible request a case review on any enforcement actions received. No one outside of this team will be able to help with your query.
