    I was ban raided, they won't undo my chat ban


    a guy was jacking around during a game and causing my stats to suffer because of it. I called him out for unsporting behavior and he reported me, which prompted a chat ban. This is absolutely ridiculous seeing as I actually need to be able to communicate
    with my team and therefore the communication ban will affect my gameplay. If this keeps happening I'm going to Sony. Screw you Microsoft

    Live account banned permanently for no reason, HELP please!

    Try calling them, but usually when you get banned there is no way to undo it. Sorry I was ban raided, they won't undo my chat ban :(

    Any form of modding is grounds for a permanent suspension. The enforcement team won't undo the banning.

    Hello callofduty20175, when it says it has been banned, it was your Microsoft account that has been banned or banned only from the game, all bans are made by Enforcement, but if you have received a permanent ban you will hardly be able to make an appeal on the Enforcement website.

    If you've been banned from the game, try contacting developer support, but you probably won't be able to undo the ban either.

    Account permanent bans / Device are permanent no undo button or CTRL - Z. It is unfortunate there is 0% chance of the ban being lifted.
