I have been playing PUBG on Xbox One since it came out. I loved the game so much I bought a Xbox One X! It turns out I bought it within the promotion time for the free PUBG code. I contacted Xbox Live Support and was taken care of and given a code. At this
point I wanted to use the code and barter for a Fortnite Save The World code on the r/FORTnITE reddit page, because I had seen other people doing it before. So I made a post and got a couple of replies. I ended up giving my code to someone and trusting them
with it. They promptly said it didn't work and that i should find someone else. I then contacted xbox live support and was told that the code was redeemed. The person who took the code deleted their reddit account shortly after redeeming the code. #HappyNewYear

It is a shame when you get ejected like that so the host can hoard the loot for himself, though I did find it amusing that your Gtag has Bamboozled and here you are, getting bamboozled by a selfish host lol.

You definitely got bamboozled. Sorry but those codes are treated like cash. If you gave the code to someone and they took it your honestly out of luck as far as the code goes. It wont be replaced.

 

I'm hoping since I got the code from them and it is on record that I did, and they know that someone who is not me redeemed the code they could just cancel the license. Compensation would be nice but I just want Justice.
