I was at 98% to my third star, now it's showing zero percent? Any way to fix this please?

I was only supposed to purchase 50 dollars worth of stuff to get my MyVIP star boost offer

you guys sent me a message on my rewards page stating because I was 89 percent of the way to my next star when you guys reset everything that all I had to do to get my MYVIP Star Boost was to spend 50 dollars but now it's saying 125 Dollars and it's not
showing anything that I brought so far you need to fix this

Install to HD disk always. XBox will then only spin up the disk to confirm that you own the disk. Not only do you lower the risk of scratched disks but you can continue to use scratched ones. For example, I have an old Mass Effect 1 & a Perfect Dark Zero
disk that were scratched; I borrowed a friend's copies to install but can still use my own to play the Hard Disk content.

In the case of GTA V, you need to install the "Install" disk to the Hard Drive and they recommend not to install the "Play" disk to the same drive. However, you could install an unscratched "Play" disk to a USB drive instead. Hopefully, you can then continue
to play GTA V (with the scratched disk for license purposes)

Rabks reset each year, normally on September 1 but they extended it to January 1. If you did not spend enough for level 3 by January 1, you would start this year at level 2 with 0%.

We re-calibrate MyVIP on a yearly basis. However, in September 2015 we received a lot of feedback from members which inspired us to make some changes to the way MyVIP works. We gave everyone four extra months to boost their MyVIP Star Rank for 2017, and
will also be re-calibrating your annual spending by the calendar year from now on to make it easier to track. We re-calibrate based on your eligible spending over the course of the year (in this case September 2015-December 2016) and place you into a your
rank accordingly. We then set your progress to the default amount.

i bought the season pass and a couple of days ago nuketown zombies showed up in the store so i tried to download it. it went all the way to 100% then back to zero then straight to 98% then to zero etc. then it said it cant be downloaded and now it doesnt
even show up in the store

AAnd you need to give me back my progress I had to reach star rank 4 it was 89 percent now it's gone down to 8 percent you need to fix this

well the updates back but it still wont complete just goes to 98 percent then stops so from now on no longer able to use the store still no one knows how to fix this cant get in touch with xbox they dont care it seems so can only use my account on here if
i need to use any codes
