    Because suscriptions are not shared through Microsoft family alone

    My family has game pass ultimate and it says you can have up to 5 people using it, I was added and I unfortunately haven’t gotten it to work. I’ll get a notification from Xbox companion saying I have Xbox love but that’s all.

    I see, your account is set to Ireland as well right?

    Have you made 100% sure you are using the right account on the PC App?

    Family Game Pass Ultimate is currently only available in Columbia and Ireland. Are you in one of those regions?
