It's been a week since I sent in my details to confirm my claim to the prize and i'm just a little confused. Xbox ANZ won't reply as you can see in the picture provided. :L

So I pre-ordered Torchlight 2 for Xbox One X back in July through Xbox store. Well so far the game hasn't showed up on my downloaded games. I got confirmation that purchase went through. Not sure what to do
