    I was an exclusive Microsoft (Xbox one) custromer and spent a ton of money on all things related. Until a few months ago when my Xbox broke and I was pass my warranty date. I found this rude and distasteful as it seemed after spending
    $1,000 and $1,000's of dollars on the console, games and accessories. I had a son back in Jan and have not been able to spend the money to get a new console. I would think as loyal as I have been to your company and the money I spent I would of been treated
    with a little more respect. Instead I ended up having to sell a "defective" console to GameStop at a 1/8 of the price i paid for it. I realize you guys are a business and the sole purpose is to make money but sometimes in life its better to lose a little to
    keep a customer. I realize I'm a small fish and I'm rather insignificant in the terms of money to you guys. I am a person who truly loved the game though and it hurts to see how unimportant to your company I truly am

    I had the disc drive dilemma and I am very impressed with how I was treated as a customer. I was able to hold on to my defective Xbox until my new one arrived. The free copy of RYSE was the icing on the cake. Didn't skip a beat

  5. The reason I felt so disrespected was I was treated as if i DIDNT MATTER cause I was past my warranty date? I dont understand after being such a loyal customer how can you just act like we dont matter? Could of offered some solution like a price break or
    idk. But its hard to just shell out more money for a console. I really wanted to get the xbox One X but I am scared that I will spend that money again and if it breaks go through the same situation. Microsoft I am a good customer and have spent my hard earned
    money with you but I need to feel as if my business matters at all to you guys. Which I'm sure to a billion dollar company I'm small change. But without millions of small change people who cant afford to buy a new console whenever and work hard to purchase
    what they did you would not be the billion dollar company you are.

    Why does Xbox treat loyal customers so badly??

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Your reputation has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not.

    You do not get suspended/banned for "no reason.Any report is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.

    You were sent an email to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The rules are exactly the same over on PSN/PlayStation although you tend to get less chances before you are permanently banned on PSN.

    Just because you pay for xbox live doesn't make you exempt from the rules.
