I wanted to cancel my XBOX Game Pass Ultimate Subscription, and when I did they charged me.

hello, thanks for the reply. i tried doing that but it still shows me that i have to pay for the subscription. i had a past due subscription to the normal game pass which i did not cancel, and i purchased the ultimate edition over it. When i purchased it, it showed me an error message but charged me for the GP Ultimate subscription. i then, cancelled my normal game pass subscription so that it did not show me the past due message. but for some reason it still shows me that i have to make the payment for the ultimate edition.

Hi I just did the same thing to my XBox Game Pass Ultimate.

I was on month to month program but I had a gift card XBox Game Pass Ultimate. I went to my account at:

https://account.microsoft.com/services/

I login to check when my subscription is about to charge, I went to a menu that says:

Service & Subscriptions

This took me to all my subscriptions.

Find the: XBox Game Pass Ultimate

under the title you will see the word: Manage

click it...

For me I cancelled my billing 2 days before it charged my card. I wanted to switch to pre-paid cards

For you can use another credit card, paypal or Microsoft funds or gift card. It gave me options to change cards.

I just checked it a few min it works.

I think what the OP is saying here is that they cancelled UGP....however, on the day it was due to expire, they were then charged for another month, as if they hadn't cancelled it to begin with

If you canceled today and it ended then what's the issue?

If you mean your card still shows a balance ya

It takes a few days depending on where you are in the world before it returns.

Since its the weekend it could be 2-3 business days
