    i wanted a refund because i bought the wrong game and i did request a refund and now they said the refunded me even though they didn't and instead Xbox or Microsoft decided to scam me £60 and apparently they credited my money back and i checked my bank
    and i have nothing thank you Microsoft and Xbox good company you are

    Please visit your Order history using http://commerce.microsoft.com/ to confirm if Xbox/Microsoft did process your refund. If they did, it may take either within 3-5 business days
    or one billing cycle (30 days) before you receive your money back.

    If the refund did reflect on your Order history, you will need to get in touch with your bank/financial institution for further confirmation on when you'll receive your money back.

    what was the payment method you used to purchase the game? also we wont be able to deal with refunds on here, we can only offer advice, you are best off going through support.xbox.com and dealing with an xbox member of staff

    Like all refunds, there is a process to make sure the correct amount is processed back to its original form of payment. This can take days, even weeks to happen. If you still have not received your refund, I advise you to take to an Xbox support member
