I want to use new Bluetooth Xbox One Controller for Xbox One game streaming, please help.

I want to clarify what controllers have Bluetooth and which ones don't so there is no confusion. The original controller accompanying the original Xbox One console or the original Xbox Elite Wireless Controller (Series 1) does not support Bluetooth. Controllers
made after 2017 and controllers accompanying the Xbox One S or Xbox One X console, Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, or Xbox Design Lab controller support Bluetooth. A diagram showing what controllers have Bluetooth support and which ones don't can

If you have the original Elite controller, you cannot use that to connect to your phone via Bluetooth. If you have the Elite Series 2 controller, then you should be able to. The forums is a place to give advice or help troubleshoot an issue. If you have
a controller that supports Bluetooth, can you further explain what happens when trying to pair the controller to your mobile device? Do you have an Android or iOS mobile device?

The Xbox One console doesn't support Bluetooth. That headset won't work with the Xbox One in any way.

The new Xbox One controllers (the ones that come with the Xbox One S) have Bluetooth, but that's only used to connect the controller to a Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth.

So it's only possible through bluetooth?

I own a brand new xbox one digital and a samsung ue48j5100aw but it doesn't seem to have bluetooth. Do I need a dongle?

The xbox is being an incredible experience, I stopped using pen's in my tv because I can stream videos with VLC, play games on the tv, but I really wanted to ditch my tv remote also so I could use xbox

please be sure that the Xbox One controller that you got, does support bluetooth, since only the latest model (Xbox One S) does support bluetooth as far as I know.

When streaming your Xbox One to your W10 PC you can just connect your controller to your PC and play like this. W10 should have the controller drivers ready to go already, just connect your controller via a USB cable or via Bluetooth (Bluetooth is only available
