    I checked my gold tenure on the link eG x Thee Elf posted and mine says

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold this one isn't canceled

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

    gold 1 month free trial canceled

    but yet I have no number next to my name

    Problem with Xbox live Gold suscription and renewal

    Hi all,

    I had activated a auto-renewal with PayPal (month to monht)....

    On May 21 I have redeemed a prepaid code for a 12 months Gold suscription.

    But today (June 1) my PayPal was charged again...

    I have checked and my automatich renewal is off.

    What happened? Also... now I can't remove my paypal payment option because said that is used for "Xbox LIVE Gold: Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold"... how it's possible? I have already paid for the "prepaid 12M"... because of that is "prepaid".... !

    Also my Xbox live trial was supposed to end on the 20th but instead it fell short on the first instead same thing happened to me me when i used a prepaid 12m xbl code it only went on for 4 days before it cancelled itself.

    Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and after that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    If it is still not working properly please use http://support.xbox.com/error-code-lookup to search for any steps regarding the errorcode you are receiving.

    If nothing is found then specify the full actual error message (and errorcode) you are receiving when trying to redeem the prepaid code they can help to determine a possible cause.

    Side note: Do not post any prepaid codes etc on the forums
